The CFO position is a newly created role and was created to facilitate the company’s fast growth. Mr. Silverman will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations including accounting, budgeting, equity and debt fundraising, risk management, and financial reporting.
Mr. Silverman has worked in a broad array of other businesses in the healthcare and life sciences, software as a service, construction & real estate, and communication services industries.
